Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling various sections of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
